In counselling, I believe strongly in the power of a safe and non-judgemental environment from which to think, talk and start to bear what may have felt unbearable; and it is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client that is essential to effective work. We will look at what is causing your difficulties, standing back to see the wood from the trees and zooming into see the detail as it really is. I will encourage you to explore your thoughts and feelings and challenge negative values that may have been influenced or imposed by others in your life. My therapy puts the client as the primary focus. This is about you!

I offer an introductory call back to access if we would like to work together.  We can also arrange a suitable start date, place and time can also be confirmed.

Sessions are 60 minutes 

£50.00 per session

£45.00 per session for a trainee counsellors, students & unemployed

​Sessions are often weekly but fortnightly sessions may also be possible depending on client choice.
